Owners - John & Hannah Draher

John grew up in the gym and opened Iron House in June 2006. He is a World Record Powerlifting Champion, a Division 1 athlete, a Veteran and an authority in the Powerlifting and Bodybuilding industry for over 30 years. With his wife, Hannah, built Iron House to be a gym for everyone. She has a passion that all our members feel at home in Iron House. Both are current competing professionals understanding the drive and discipline it takes conquer their competition. They strive to make Iron House the best gym around.

Shawna has been a certified trainer for over 20 years. She has experience training all levels from professionals to beginners. As a former figure competitor herself, she has the experience to push her clients and get them in their best shape possible.

Tiffiany Schueller

Tiffany began her fitness journey in 2013. In just one year, she achieved recognition and sponsorships on social media. Over the following years, Tiffany pulled a near-record deadlift of 315 pounds at a bodyweight of 106 pounds. In 2022, she faced a setback with an autoimmune disorder affecting her joints and scoliosis. For 5 years, she was unable to train, putting both competition and personal records on hold. Determined to reclaim her health, Tiffany made a career shift in 2026 and immersed herself in studying nutrition and inflammation management. She returned to training and became a certified personal trainer. Today, Tiffany brings a unique experience driven perspective to her work. With a deep understanding of musculoskeletal challenges and a strong emphasis on joint preservation, she is committed to helping achieve their goals regardless of physical or mental limitations.

Emma is a collegiate athlete and certified trainer. She is also a competitive powerlifter. From overall wellness to high school and college athletes, she loves providing fitness education to her clients. Building strength and power in her clients is her favorite form of training.

Jamie Humphrey

Jamie is a certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance, strength and conditioning. With a competitive background in ice hockey, Jamie understands firsthand what it takes to train for speed, power and resilience at a high level. Jamie played men's ice hockey throughout high school and earned recruitment opportunities from NCAA programs including some of the top Division 1 & Division 3 teams in the country. Today Jamie works with athletes and individuals who want to train with purpose -whether that means improving on field performance, building strength or developing that kind of conditioning that translates beyond the gym. Every program is designed to be challenging, efficient and tailored to the individual.
